Offered by Hakam Din Bagpipes, this is a high-quality, handcrafted full set of Uilleann Pipes in Concert Pitch D, made by a respected traditional instrument maker known for their craftsmanship and attention to detail.

This set is made using Black Shaded Indian Cocobolo Wood (Dalbergia Sissoo), a dense, tonally rich hardwood known for excellent sound quality and natural durability. It includes everything needed to get started (except regulator & drone reeds) and is suitable for both beginners and experienced pipers.

🛠️ Upgraded Bellows – Based on Real Player Feedback

Earlier models from this maker used thick vinyl bellows single layer, which were prone to wear and offered limited lifespan. Responding to customer feedback, this maker now exclusively uses real cowhide leather with an extra layer of vinyl in the bellows, making a significant difference in performance and reliability.

Each leather bellows is treated with a modern airtight sealant coating during the tanning process, ensuring:

• Superior airtightness

• Long-term durability

• Better airflow control

While real leather increases production costs, it greatly enhances the instrument’s lifespan and playability.
