Based on eBay's "selling outside eBay" policy, unfortunately we cannot allow customers to view items for sale prior to purchase.Can I collect from you?
All items which are marked as 'collect in store' can be collected from that location. To ensure that your collection goes smoothly, please message us so that we can confirm your collection date and our store's details. It is important to confirm you collection date with us before you visit our store - this is because your item may be stored off-site and we may need 48 hours notice to ensure that your item is ready for collection.Can I use a courier to collect from you?

Payment
We ask that payment is made within 7 days of the auction ending. We accept only payments made via managed payments. We can not hold onto items after this time period.Delivery

We accept all returns within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us for help or open a return via the eBay returns centre if you would like to return your item.

In the rare event that there is an issue with your item (for instance, it it is damaged in transit) please contact us before initiating your return, sending us a photo of the item in the received condition and we will contact you to resolve the issue. Once an item is received at our office, a refund will be processed via the original payment method (i.e. if you paid with PayPal, a credit will be made to your PayPal account), within 2 working days.

This is because items are located in our stores and may be posted from different locations.
