Step back in time with these True Vintage 1900s Pin Stripe Trousers are a special find for collectors of men's vintage clothing which is super rare. Made in the United States by Overland Trouser which is a Division of Crown Overall, these cuffed leg pants are a unique piece of historical clothing with a timeless style.

Made of heavy cotton moleskin gabardine in a striking vertical pinstripe pattern in bold black and white colors. Pants close via button fly, plus suspender buttons on inner waistband of the same type. Two rear exterior buttons on waistband with "Overland Trouser" markings. Unique small metal buttons adorn the top waistband area and left rear pocket. Loops fit up to 1 1/2" wide belts. Two side pockets in the front with a watch pocket on front below right of waistband and two rear pockets.

This Pair of Pants is in remarkable condition considering the age, its over 100 years old and sold as is. Stains or Soil marks on the surface, some groups. We didn't see any holes but there are few tiny wear nicks. Some repairs present. Buttons are all original with wear. The top button back side appear to have wear around, likes its almost loose. Inner waist and pockets have soiling present. As a word of warning i wouldn't machine wash given how old this pant is. Waist 38" when pulled tight (measured laying flat, then doubled)
Inseam: 29" (crotch to bottom of the pants hem)
13" Front Rise (distance from top of waistband to crotch seam)

46" Hips (See 6th photo for the how we go that measurement, horizontally across seam to seam)
Leg Opening: 8" (Measured across the hem laying flat)

Moleskin is a heavy cotton fabric characterized by a dense weave and a shorn, suede-like surface. It's known for its durability, warmth, and resistance to wind and water. The fabric is often used in workwear, military uniforms, and outdoor clothing due to its practical properties.

PLEASE READ BEFORE BUYING VINTAGE PANTS/JEANS - There is no dispute that vintage garments fit different than pants or jean being made today, sometimes were unisex cut. Vintage pants, particularly from the 1930s-1950s, often had a longer crotch line and a looser fit compared to modern trousers which means they typically had a longer rise, or the distance from the waistband to the crotch. we advise that you take a good fitting pair of jeans, then compare measurements with the measurements listed here...just using the waist size is not a very good indicator of a good fit.
