XADO Very Lube Turbo Metal Conditioner is a modern nanotechnology-based product designed to reduce engine friction and protect and restore friction surfaces in engines. It provides particularly effective protection for turbocharger bearings, where the highest thermal loads and rotational speeds occur during engine operation.

Every drop of XADO Very Lube Turbo Metal Conditioner contains billions of C60 spherical carbon molecules and halogen-enhanced aliphatic hydrocarbons.

The spherical polyatomic molecule, approximately 1.1 nanometres in size, is called a fullerene, the discovery of which was awarded the Nobel Prize in 1996.

In tribology, fullerenes are valued because of their perfectly spherical molecular structure. If a lubricant contains fullerenes, sliding friction can be partially converted into rolling-type motion at the molecular level.

This helps reduce the coefficient of friction. The oil film containing the metal conditioner is highly resistant, helping to prevent metal-to-metal contact even under extreme loads.

In addition, XADO Very Lube Turbo Metal Conditioner contains special surfactants that help fullerenes reach the most highly loaded friction surfaces.

This reduces vibration, noise, and thermal stress, slowing the ageing of engine oil.

It is particularly recommended for engines operating under extreme conditions with high thermal loads, as well as for downsized engines (small but high-output).

How to use

1. Warm the XADO Very Lube Turbo bottle to 40–45°C and pour the contents into the engine oil through the oil filler neck when the engine is at operating temperature (around 90°C).

2. Let the engine idle for 3–5 minutes, then operate the vehicle normally.

3. The conditioner remains active throughout the oil service interval.

One bottle (125 ml) is sufficient to treat 3–5 litres of engine oil.
The optimum concentration is 3% of the oil volume.
Permissible overdose: up to 4.5% of the oil volume.
