- A standout colourway for the 9th N. Hollywood Hooligan inspired by Sea Dye Marker Pouches used as a piece of Marine Rescue survival equipment. The pouches contain a florescent green dye that colours water or snow to increase visibility and draw attention to the person/persons in need of rescue. As is standard with N. Hoolywood models it has a factory Bullbar, some military styling and a red backlight.
