Description:
The TI 486SXL-40 is a rare microprocessor from Texas Instruments, designed to upgrade 386-class systems to higher 486-level performance. It runs at 40 MHz and features an integrated 486-style core, but is pin-compatible with many 386 sockets. Ideal for upgrading 386 motherboards to achieve near-486 performance without changing the motherboard.
Installation Tips: Please make sure that the CPU is correctly installed on the motherboard. The text direction of 486SXL and DLC is different. Do not install according to the text direction of 486DLC. Please refer to pictures 5 to 7.
