M203 Mounting Kit / Bracket LONG VERSION AIRSOFT M203 (READ DESCRIPTION)

This is a Remanufactured kit copied directly from the original Milspec M203 Rifle bracket. This particular Bracket has been modified to work better with Airsoft Launchers.

Designed to be mounted on Government Profile 20 inch pencil barrels or M4 Government profile barrels.

Barrel diameter should be roughly .64” about 1.5” behind the gas block on rifle builds for easy install.

If mounting on a heavy barrel, modifications to the bracket and bushing will be required as heavy barrel are larger in diameter than the pencil barrel that these are designed for. It’s doable, you’ll just need some pliers and a Dremel. Please message me if you are concerned about this.

These are laser cut blanks, bent and folded to make the bracket. They then were Manganese Phosphate coated and dunked in oil.

The Bushings are a medium weight Fiberglass Silicone resin composite.  Designed to operate in extreme temperatures. Tested them in the kiln at 650 degrees Fahrenheit. Lastly, the mounting screws are drilled for safety wire which is included.

There are 2 Lengths of tangs as y'all can see in the photos. This is the version for Airsoft Launchers. The Original length version for LMT's can be found in the link below or the other listing on my profile.

The longer one from my testing, works better with airsoft launchers as their frame seems to be a hair shorter than an LMT. This allows the tang to touch the front triangle plate. Luckily, if you decide to purchase the longer one, you can easily cut it down to size with a hacksaw / cutoff wheel.

From testing, some new barrels are alittle fatter than the standard Government profile, which might require some sanding on the inside of the fiberglass rings to get them to seat properly.

All together, a complete kit that I feel is as close to the original as you can get without the help of the military industrial complex. These are all made by me, by hand, and with the help of the folks that helped me test them, they are now ready for yall.
