Made to order reproduction Red Navy improvised bandoleer as seen being worn by Black Sea Fleet sailors fighting on land at Odessa and Sevastopol in 1941. Made from two model 1941 pre war style large reserve ammunition pouches for the Mosin Nagant and Tokarev 7.62 x 54r round rifles sewn together, and worn on a length of rope or cotton tape. The pouch itself is copied directly from an original in my own collection, made from original Soviet cotton canvas duck and white cotton calico lining sourced here in the UK, there is a waxed hemp string and an original Soviet metal tech button. Bandoleer is approximately 40 cm x 17 cm with a 150 cm long length of white cotton tape. - If you think you need longer tape, message me when ordering.

This style bandoleer appears in a few photographs, they seem to show it being worn with either a lengthy of white tape passing through all four belt loops of the ammo pouches, or a shorter length of tape/rope just tied to the two end belt loops (see reference pictures). I make these with the (longer) length of tape passing through all four belt loops. If you wish the tied on version, it is just a case of cutting off the join, and tie what is left onto the two end belt loops.

Each pouch will hold either;-

2 x packs of 15 paper wrapped rounds.
2 x cardboard cartons of 15 rounds.
8 x stripper clips with 5 rounds on each.
1 x SVT magazine.
