The South Park Talking Cartman Figure from 2006, based on the popular cartoon TV show, is a rare and collectible item for fans of Comedy Partners and the South Park franchise. The iconic character Cartman and has the ability to talk, adding to its novelty and appeal to collectors.
Has never been removed from packaging, there's an on/off button on the side but the batteries have since died. There is a twisty tie at the bottom to keep him in place and 2 strips of tape on the lid, I did not open him and replace the batteries. Packaging has some discoloration. Approx 4" tall with base x 3 1/2" wide
