Additional Shipping Cost for Remote Areas These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the additional shipping cost for orders delivered to remote areas. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Remote Area Surcharge - to cover the increased shipping costs to certain locations, an additional fee of USD 50 will apply to orders delivered to remote areas. This fee is in addition to standard shipping charges.

2. Identification of Remote Areas - remote areas are defined by our shipping partners and may include, but are not limited to, rural regions, outlying islands, or areas difficult to access due to infrastructure challenges. We reserve the right to determine whether an address qualifies as a remote area.

3. Notification of Additional Shipping Cost - if your shipping address is identified as a remote area, you will be notified before your order is processed. The additional USD 50 shipping fee will be added to the total cost of your order at this time. This fee is non-negotiable.

4. Payment of Remote Area Surcharge - the remote area surcharge must be paid in full before your order is shipped. Failure to pay the additional cost may result in a delay or cancellation of your order.

5. Exceptions In some cases, the remote area surcharge may be waived or reduced, depending on the nature of the delivery service or promotional offers. You will be notified of any such changes before completing your purchase.

6. Additional Shipping Cost for Specific Regions For orders being shipped to the following countries or regions, an additional fee of USD 50 will be applied to cover the increased shipping costs due to logistical challenges, restrictions, or local regulations: Iran, Iraq, Israel (West Bank and Gaza), Kenya (Kenya-Somalia Border and Laikipia County), Kyrgyzstan ,(COVID-19 related restrictions), Lebanon, Libya, Nicaragua, Niger, Nigeria, North Korea, Pakistan, Peru, (Columbian-Peruvian border as well as The Valley of the Apurimac, Ene and Mantaro Rivers (VRAEM), Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Republic of Sudan, Syria, Tajikistan (border regions with Afghanistan), Tanzania, Tunisia, Turkey (Areas near the Syria and Iraq borders), Turkmenistan, Uganda, Ukraine.

 This fee is in addition to any other applicable shipping or handling charges.

Shipping Courier Options (Standard)

1. We normally use the shipping method via DHL or FedEx for worldwide destination. For local buyers, we can send your orders via LBC, AP Cargo or Lalamove.

A. For International shipment - Please allow 3-6 working days for your items to arrive but normally it takes shorter time than that.

B. For Local Shipment - It depends to your prefer method, for LBC and AP Cargo normally it takes 2-7 business days defends on your location, if via Lalamove you'll received your item for 1 working day.

Shipping Collect - Own Shipping Account

2. We can also accept the shipping method via collect or means that you’re the one who'll book the shipment using your own courier account. For this, you'll be the one to create the shipping label and send it to us. For the booking and pick up we can do the arrangement for you. Please make sure to inform us that you'll use your own shipping courier prior to purchase so that we can revise our shipping cost in our listing or send you a payment invoice without shipping cost.

Shipping via Post Office

3. Due to the huge increase of shipping rate via post office, also to inaccurate transit time and unimaginable tracking concerns compared to other shipping couriers, we deeply apologize to discourage you using this shipping method. But, if ever you will insist, please let us know and we'll send you a shipping rate. In case you will choose this method, please be informed that you also waive your rights to file for ''Item Not Received'' with our eBay and PayPal account for a period of up to 90 days from the date when we shipped your item otherwise, please don't insist this method.

Shipping to Specific Country Like RUSSIA

4. We apologize but we don't send to Russia due to some customs and delivery problems.

Posted Shipping Rate

5. The posted rate is the actual rate based on what each courier gives to us. The rates are mostly based in the actual weight and dimensions of the shipment. In the event that you're located from a country that's comes with a high shipping rate to send a shipment from Manila or if your item comes with high volumetric weight and the posted shipping rate is not enough to cover your shipment, we'll just hold your shipment for a while and will inform you immediately to give you other shipping method options or just request an additional shipping fund to send your shipment. If in case that this happened but you or we don't agree, we don't have any choice but to send you a full refund as our standard guarantee.

Payment Method

1.       For the payment method, we can only accept both PayPal and Payoneer payments.

Item Warranty

        1.  We can offer a warranty of 30 days with full refund. Ordered items with AS-IS or for parts or not working are not covered of warranty. Please make sure to always check our listings for the declared item conditions before placing your order. Aforementioned conditions are under no warranty, no return and also no refund.

Claiming Warranty

1. Before asking for a warranty, please make sure to take pictures of the item you ordered from us and shows that the warranty stickers are still intact and with no evidence of tampering. Failure to do so, your warranty claim will not be approved. If your claim is valid with supporting pictures and document, we'll send you a return address where your ca sends it back and after that, a full refund will be issued to the same account that you used to purchase the unit.

Custom Declaration of your Shipment

1. For the declared value of your order from us, please be informed that we normally declared the actual purchase value. This is to make sure that we follow the right protocols when it comes to shipment declaration under local and international laws.

Customs Taxes and Other Problems

1. Before placing an order with us, please make sure to check with your local customs office the tax rates and the rules or regulations when it comes to importing. Failure to do so, we'll not be liable to any returned shipments, or shipment on holds in customs or to any customs problems under your country. Also, we'll not offer any amount for refund in case it happened. The customs duties and taxes are always under buyer’s expense.
