The cavity shape focuses power from the toe and heel into a single point. The cavity is designed in a V-shape around the impact area, allowing for an optimized weight distribution towards the toe and heel depending on the function required for each club. This shape ensures that the entire head weight (power) is efficiently transferred to the ball upon impact. Additionally, 60% of the total head weight?160g (#7, shown in blue in the image)?is deeply allocated to the cavity sole. Compared to the CB-301, this design increases sole weight by 10g, achieving an even lower center of gravity. As a result, despite a high launch angle, the carefully structured cavity shape enables a strong trajectory that resists wind.

The sole width (#7 head center) surpasses that of the CB-301, achieving a maximum width of 19.8mm, the largest ever for an MG one-piece forged iron. This enhances forgiveness against mis-hits on entry. To improve turf interaction, the back face is rounded, adopting a camber sole that provides bounce while maintaining smooth movement through the turf. This design minimizes the impact of different turf and lie conditions, allowing for a clean and effortless swing. The address view is rounded overall, yet the blade section appears powerful and voluminous, similar to the back face.
