Replaced parts: Schwalbe Marathon GT 365 2.0 tires [roll easily on hard surfaces and have incredible grip], SELLE ROYAL Scientia Athletic saddle, Shimano XT platform/SPD pedals, Shimano SLX cranks, new Fizik tape + gel pads. The bike has been serviced, brake fluid replaced, and a front disc brake with pads.
