Selling my Pelican 1610 — the big wheeled "Protector" hard case. Watertight,
crushproof, with the automatic purge valve, four latches, built-in wheels, and
the retractable pull handle. Lid sticker confirms a genuine 1610, made in USA.
Condition: used and well-traveled — there's noticeable scuffing and scratching
across the lid and shell (see photos). Everything functions: all four latches
close, the wheels roll, the pull handle extends/retracts, and the shell is solid
with no cracks.
Foam: the lid egg-crate foam is intact. The BASE FOAM HAS BEEN CUT/CUSTOMIZED —
there's a hollowed-out center pocket plus some loose foam pieces included, not a
clean Pick 'N Pluck set. Perfect if you want to drop gear in or re-cut it your
own way; if you need pristine factory foam, note that the base has been modified.
Priced to reflect the wear and the cut foam, so buy
