This is an A Nightmare On Elm Street game cartridge for original NES systems. The plastic case is damaged so I taped a piece of wood inside to hold the circuit board in place so it would slide into the NES, but it would be better to get a replacement case for it (the broken plastic parts are on the label side). It is working (the screen shots are from this cartridge). A sleeve is included.
