The driver has never been used and is by definition new. Found in the dry attic of a JBL fan. Just time worked on it a bit.
SN 7899
This is the 16Ohm model. The diaphragm looks fantastic and just a bit of dust/tiny insects, should be a very easy clean. I haven't attempted cleaning it.
I measured the impedance and it looks great.
Unfortunately I have only one of these drivers.
