This is a true period heirloom from the late Victorian or Edwardian era (circa 1800s/1900s), featuring a matching beige tassel with a wooden bead at the pivot.Condition Details (Please Read Before Bidding):Sticks / Frame: CRITICAL NOTE. The inner genuine tortoiseshell sticks are NOT fully intact. Several of the narrow inner ribs have snapped entirely at the "shoulders" where they meet the lace border.
