Valley Production Services (VPS) – Terms & Conditions

Please read carefully before purchasing.

• Shipping:

    We currently ship within the continental United States only.

    International shipping is available exclusively through the eBay International Shipping Program when eligible.

• Buyer Responsible for Shipping Costs:

    Buyer is responsible for all shipping, freight, insurance, liftgate, residential delivery, customs, duties, taxes, and any related transportation charges unless otherwise stated in the listing.

• No P.O. Boxes:

    Large or professional audio equipment cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

• Signature Required:

    Orders over a certain value may require adult signature confirmation upon delivery for protection of both buyer and seller.

• Used Professional Equipment:

    Most items sold by VPS are professional production/audio/video equipment and may show normal cosmetic wear from touring, rentals, installations, or live event use unless otherwise stated.

• Testing & Functionality:

    All equipment is tested prior to shipment and confirmed operational before leaving our facility.

• All Sales Final – No Returns:

    All items are sold AS-IS.

    No returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the item arrives materially different from the listing description.

• Freight Damage:

    Any shipping damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photos of packaging and equipment. Buyer must retain all original packaging for carrier inspection.

• Compatibility:

    Buyer is responsible for confirming compatibility, firmware requirements, power requirements, networking requirements, and application suitability before purchase.

• Local Pickup:

    Local pickup may be available in Tempe by appointment only.

• Serial Numbers & Fraud Prevention:

    VPS records serial numbers, internal markings, and shipment documentation on all major equipment to protect against fraud and part-swapping.

• Cancellations:

    Orders canceled after payment but before shipment may be subject to processing/restocking fees.

• Professional Installation Recommended:

    Many products sold require professional setup, networking, rigging, RF coordination, or advanced configuration knowledge. VPS is not responsible for improper installation or operation.
