If your item is faulty or has been damaged in transit please contact us via the ebay messaging system before you return the item. If you have received a faulty or damaged item please take some detailed pictures of the fault / damage including any damage to packaging, please send these pictures to us as an attachment to an ebay message. For all returns please ensure you leave a note inside the parcel with your ebay user id and stating the reason for the return.
