A long-haul adventure hiker that's cushier and more durable than ever before, the Kaha returns in a sleek new package. Geared for day hikes and multi-day adventures, Hoka's cushy sockliner combats foot fatigue while a dual-density sugarcane EVA midsole provides a bit more bounce than its predecessor. Updated with GORE-TEX Invisible Fit for superior comfort, the Kaha 3 Low GORE-TEX features a durable toe cap, an Achilles-friendly heel collar to mitigate trail debris, and a Vibram Megagrip outsole for toothy traction on loose terrain.

Nubuck Leather Upper

Constructed using Leather Working Group gold-rated waterproof nubuck leather, the upper of the Kaha 3 GORE-TEX provides durable support during long hikes over uneven, tricky terrains whilst also helping to keep feet dry from wet weather and damp ground. Teamed with this, Hoka have improved the fit of this hiker with a GORE-TEX Invisible Fit membrane made with 71% recycled face fabric. This combination of nubuck leather and GORE-TEX technology works to keep feet feeling dry and comfortable no matter where your adventure takes you by keeping rain and water on the outside of the shoe whilst still allowing airflow for a cool sensation when putting in the miles. Further improving the overall comfort of the Kaha 3 GORE-TEX, a PU sockliner made with 50% bio-renewable Susterra propanediol offers a plush feeling from step-in. A 100% recycled Polyester quarter mesh, tongue mesh and lining mesh enhance breathability to keep feet cool throughout wear and a moulded TPU heel counter and toe cap provide additional protection on the trail. A traditional lacing system is complete with quick-lace metal top hooks for easy adjustments and a secure, locked-in fit. Completing the upper, bevelled edges offer a more streamlined design than before.

Dual-Density Midsole

Giving the Kaha 3 GORE-TEX its plush underfoot feel, Hoka have implemented a dual-density midsole with 30% sugarcane EVA. This durable EVA provides complete comfort for day hikes or multi-day adventures whilst remaining lightweight and extremely cushioned. The midsole delivers ultra-cushioned comfort without compromising the lightweight feel of the shoe keeping you comfortable on your feet and able to keep moving mile after mile. Finally, the Kaha 3 GORE-TEX utilises a Hubble Heel and a SwallowTail design for stability on uneven terrain and smoother heel-to-toe transitions. A MetaRocker with integrated flex grooves further enhances the smooth heel-to-toe transition that's supplied by your shoes and ensures natural movement of your foot.

Vibram Megagrip Outsole

Completing the Kaha 3 GORE-TEX is a Vibram Megagrip outsole. With enhanced durability, this one-piece compound provides optimal traction and grip with the ground beneath, keeping you stable and confident as you tackle a variety of terrains.
