Returns
If your product is damaged in shipping, please make note of the damage with the freight carrier when the product is delivered then contact us so we can initiate an insurance claim.
In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect product, prior to returning the product please contact us for a Return Authorization number, we will Send you a prepaid Return Shipping label to return the item and ship the correct item immediately.
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with an item, and it is still brand new and in original packaging, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for credit or refund, excluding any shipping costs. The item and packaging must be in new resale condition with all original tags ATTACHED, including the condition of the original packaging, If the item has been installed it cannot be returned, garments that have been worn or washed and do not have the tags attached/or are not in original packaging may not be returned.

Fill out the return form that came with your shipment and enclose it in the package with your Return Authorization # printed on it.
Shoe boxes must be shipped inside another cardboard box to prevent damage to the original box. Do not affix shipping labels directly to the shoe box, we cannot accept shoe returns if the shoe box is damaged.
Saddles that have been mounted cannot be returned.
Please ensure that all items are returned in packaging similar to which they were delivered in. Items delivered in boxes may not be returned in envelopes. If the proper return procedure is not followed, the package will not be accepted and will be returned. Do not ship small items in a standard envelope, the item will be lost or destroyed during the USPS sorting process.
For your own protection we suggest you ship your item with a postal carrier service that provides tracking and insurance. We cannot be responsible for items that do not arrive at our facility. Postage is non-refundable.
We are currently unable to accommodate exchanges. If you need a different item, color, or size, please place a new order and follow the directions for returning unwanted items for a refund.
Shipping
U.S. Orders and International orders will normally be shipped within 1 business day after payment is received (E-Checks via Pay-Pal are not considered "received" until Pay-Pal clearance which typically takes 4-6 business days).
We can expedite your shipping service if required, please contact us via e-mail to make special shipping arrangements.
U.S. Orders will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail with delivery confirmation and shipping insurance or, by USPS Express Mail with delivery confirmation and insurance or UPS Insured Ground Delivery, when noted in an item listing.
International Orders will be shipped USPS Insured International First Class Mail or USPS Insured Priority Mail or USPS Insured International Express Mail as specified by the customer. We always recommend USPS International Priority or Express Mail which includes tracking information to your address.
Import duties, taxes, and charges are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
