Dal Monte front disc wheel for tubular
It's the similar to the wheels used by Moser but the hub attachment to the disc appears less advanced. I think it's an early prototype. I don't know if they were used for training of for some record attempt
It shows signs of braking. I'm not sure whether it was originally meant for a time trial bike or if it was a track bike wheel that was later used improperly on a road bike.
Please notice itt's different from the regular Ambrosio/Enervit disc wheel you commonly find
