Grade A+

Excellent overall condition. The possibility of only the slightest cosmetic scuffs or marks due to normal use but these will be barely noticeable, and this will be a great example for a machine of

• No dents/indentations
• No scratches exposing bare metal
• No cracked plastics or missing cosmetic items
• Some cosmetic restore paint may be used but this will not be visible

Grade A

Good overall condition. The unit may have fine scratches and scuffs which you would expect with wear and tear. Slightly larger scratches will be corrected with restore paint.

Grade B

Well-used condition with cosmetic imperfections. The system will be in fully functional condition but is likely to have noticeable cosmetic defects which includes dints, scratches, chips and other imperfections.

• Possibility of dents/indentations bigger than 1cm in diameter
• May have scratches exposing bare metal
• Possibility of cracked plastics or missing cosmetic items but do not affect the functionality of the machine
• Some cosmetic restore paint may be used and this may be visible
• Badges or logos may be missing. Possibility of minor cosmetic damage to fascia or bezel

We use GLS, Fedex and Schenker as our main carriers. If you need the item(s) to be shipped with FedEx, send message so we can get a quote for you.

Order Processing Time: We try to process all orders within 24 hours of payment. This estimation is based on past  performance and we aim to achieve this on 99% of orders.

Delivery Address: All items will be delivered to the buyer's confirmed eBay/PayPal postal address without exception. eBay/PayPal enables buyers to amend/confirm this address during every purchase checkout. EU Delivery Timeframe: EU delivery takes 2-6 working days. Out of EU the estimated delivery time 3-14 working days.

Once you receive your goods, please inspect them for any damages during transport, and report the damage within 24hrs via e-mail.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date, provided that the item is unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was shipped.  The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the item was received damaged or defective. If the item was damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund. Refunds will be issued within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item, provided that it meets the above criteria.
