ww2 Hungarian doctors great coat

Very interesting ww2 Hungarian doctors great coat it is named and also has a very faded state stamp. The fabric seems to have been washed long ago which makes wool fibers tighten and shrink a but and feel stiffer then other coats I have had. The rear cinch was intentionally removed probably if he was working in the Gelert Hill underground labyrinth hospital everything was very tight quarters so chances are it was getting caught on things and removed for that reason. The coat was I think a standard coat originally and the black piping and black collar added. Inside it is named to a doctor Devich  on the pocket lining which could probably be researched . There is also a word Djal on the pocket lining, my wife was not familiar with the word sashalcan if reading that correct means eagle nest or eagle owl hard to read but my wife translated as best she could. My impression is this is a late war coat where supplies were short and was remade for Dr Devich  from a standard coat, probably filthy and cleaned either from being in the bunker or from reusing it from a common soldier, There is a small repair on the right shoulder again making me think late war and scarce material. I have been to the underground hospital museum in Budapest and it is tight quarters and in asking about the removed cinch they said very probably for ease of passage or was damaged.  It is an original coat of the war and the piping and collar are a tad faded but black for Orvos (doctor) reinforced by a doctors name inside.  I am including the last shoulder bag I have typically for csendor but it came with this coat so I assume was used for medical purposes since again things got scarce as the war progressed.
