Shipping:

Our shipping standard is 1-2 days of payment. We will not be able to ship until payment is received. May not be able to combine shipping so please ask about combined shipping. Currently, the information below is for smaller items like compact discs and video games

Shipping within Canada:

• Canada Post Lettermail - Delivery standard is 3 business days provincial and 4 business days national. No tracking included

• Canada Post Expedited Lite - Delivery standard is 2-5 business days. Tracking and insurance included

Shipping to United States:

• Canada Post Tracked Packet - Delivery standard is 4-7 business days. Tracking and Insurance Included

Shipping International:

• Sadly, we don?t offer international shipping outside of Canada and the United States. If you would like a product to be shipped to your country, please let us know and we can accommodate if available.

Offers:

Offers will be accepted if they are within reason of asking price. Low offers will be respectfully declined. Some offers can be rejected 

Redeemable Codes:

Codes include software, redeemables and gift cards. Due to prior incidents, codes will always be shipped if applicable and no accommodations can be made for the item to be sent digitally. 

Payment:

Payments must be completed within 7 days of purchase or approved offer. If the payment is not received, the order will be cancelled and the item will not be further available for purchase. If you would like an extension to the payment date, please message for an extension.
