RARE 1980’s BMW ALPINA SYTNER DEALER SIGN ILLUMINATED DEALERSHIP SHOWROOM SIGN

For sale is an exceptionally rare and very well preserved 1980’s period dealership illuminated sign.

This iconic sign was originally displayed inside the showroom at Sytner BMW in Nottingham.  It is a great size and very striking.

The sign is double sided and is supposed to be suspended from the ceiling by utilising the two support mounts (original mounts and chains are both present).

The internal illumination is operated by neon fluorescent lighting and it is fully functional. The sign is currently wired for 220 volts and was previously connected to a UK plug, however a UK or European plug can be easily wired before shipping to the new owner.  For the sign to function in the USA, a simple step down converter would be required.

The sign presents itself very well and being for the much loved German sports car brand, it is almost impossible to come by.

This nostalgic and atmospheric sign is very striking and would be perfectly suited for an enthusiast to have on display. It has been privately owned and enjoyed but now the time has come for a new home to be found. I will ensure the sign is safely packaged for its journey to its new owner.
