History Note
The GMC CCKW 353 became one of the most recognisable Allied military trucks of WWII. Designed as a 2½-ton 6x6 cargo vehicle, it was used to transport troops, ammunition, fuel and supplies across Europe and beyond. Its reliability earned it the nickname “The Workhorse of the Army.”
