The Uher 4000 Report Portable Reel-to-Reel Tape Recorder is a 1960s vintage sound and recording machine. Popular among TV reporters back in the day.
Produced by the quality German brand UHER, this tape recorder is a unit designed for recording and playback of audio on reel-to-reel tapes.
It powers up but only turns on one setting which runs slow. Comes with leather case and 4 batteries. The main clips are rusted and not too functional.
It comes with a pre-recorded tape that I believe to be a coast guard training drill but that may not be correct.
