Not your typical Pikachu Ghost Stamp Error card! A treasure for collectors!

It was graded in 1999 BEFORE the days when PSA realized that Wizards of the Coast accidentally printed “Ghost Stamped” cards. Back then, it was believed that the 1st Edition stamp was faked until it was made known by Wizards of the Coast that the faded 1st Edition stamp was a real printing "error". Thereafter PSA changed the label wording of "Authentic" and began using “Ghost Stamp” on the slab’s label. Look at that early certification number!
Look closely at the provided photos then compare them to other PSA graded 1st Edition Pikachu Yellow Cheeks cards and see the excellent condition of this POP 5 card! This is because PSA's deciding judgement for THIS card was heavily weighted to the faded 1st Edition stamp more than anything else.

This rare 1999 1st Edition card features Pikachu Yellow Cheeks with a "Ghost Stamp Error" which makes it a super rare and unique addition to any collection. It has been graded as “Authentic” by PSA with a POP report of only 5.

This 1st Edition Pikachu card is arguably as rare as a PSA 10, if not more rare - POP 5
