6 MONTH WARRANTY

All Mechanical components are warrantied for 6 months from the purchase date, (view terms and conditions).

We can offer extended warranties upon request at an extra rate for added peace of mind. For more detail, please message us via eBay.

This warranty does not cover installation labour or any extra costs which could result from a faulty product.

Labour costs/charges involved with fitting/removing parts are not reimbursed under any circumstance. Engines and cylinder heads are supplied as bare only unless stated otherwise. Any consumable/ancillary items such as Oils, Seals, Belts, Pulleys, Gaiters, Ball Joints, Sump Pans, Manifolds, Turbo, etc supplied with the purchased items are NOT tested & provided free of charge.

These parts are NOT covered by warranty. Any Engine supplied must be correctly fitted with new timing, drive belts, oil, and service components before use. Damage caused by misuse, improper fitting, neglect, accident, or motorsport use is not covered. Failure to follow these terms or to provide recognised professional dealer or specialist invoice will invalidate Pic Up Spares Ltd warranty.

Please ensure that the component you ordered fits before cutting, painting, altering, or installation. Altered items and custom orders aren't returnable. Please inspect the components without delay after receiving your order.

The warranty does not cover failure due to abuse, misuse, flawed repairs or maintenance, installation, alteration, or adjustments. The guarantee does not cover installation costs, removal, everyday wear and tear, and consequential or subsequent damage.

If an alternative is not available, a full refund for the fee paid for the part and original delivery paid may be issued (View Terms and Conditions)..

Terms & Conditions Disclaimer:

Proof of purchase is required in all circumstances in form of an original invoice.

All collision-related panels and lighting parts purchased include a standard 12-month warranty.

All mechanical (engines, transmissions, gearboxes), electrical, and non-collision related panels and lighting parts purchased include a standard 6-month warranty.

All engines, transmissions, gearboxes parts purchased include a standard 90-day warranty.

Parts correctly supplied by us and returned are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Any item returned must be in the same condition as supplied with ID marks still visible.

In event of component failure, items will be tested and replacements will be supplied. If a Replacement cannot be supplied in a reasonable time, then the full purchase price will be refunded. If the part we have supplied is incorrect or faulty please contact us immediately - this must be within 48 hrs. We will arrange collection and a replacement part(s) for dispatch once the faulty item has arrived.

Whilst every effort has been made to erase personal information from infotainment systems, in taking delivery of this vehicle, OR Infotainment unit, the buyer agrees not to actively seek to access or restore any such information. If any personal information is found during use the Buyer agrees to erase any such information. Any user codes will not be supplied by Pic Up Spares, only hardware is supplied. It is the duty of the installer to obtain code or coding. The Buyer further agrees to indemnify the vendor in respect of any claims for subsequent misuse of such information. In addition to the above, if the buyer discovers any items of personal effects belonging to the previous owner the buyer agrees to return these items to the selling agent.

Shipping will only be refunded on faulty and incorrectly supplied parts. If we have supplied a part correctly, but an error has been made by the customer when ordering, the customer must contact us immediately and the item be returned within 7 days. The cost of carriage must be covered by the customer, and we will apply a 20% handling charge.

Returns

Parts purchased will comply with the Sale & Supply of Goods Act 1994 and be of "Satisfactory Quality" unless specified at the time of sale.

If any part supplied by Pic Up Spares proves to be faulty during this period, it may be returned for an exchange. If no exchange is available within 48 hours a refund will be given.

Any part(s) correctly supplied by Pic Up Spares and returned after 14 days is subject to a 20% handling charge.

All goods should be inspected upon delivery before signing to ensure that the item has not been damaged during transit. If goods prove to be damaged, do not sign, refuse delivery & contact Pic Up Spares within 1 working day. This is to ensure that, if necessary, a claim can be made against the courier company. Should the delivery driver does not allow time to inspect the goods sign the Delivery Note to obtain them but sign for them damaged.

Under selling regulations, a PRIVATE CONSUMER has a 14-day "cooling off" period in which he/she may return the goods for a refund. However, delivery is a separate contract and once completed is non-refundable.

Goods once signed for are to be returned at the Customers expense. If a part is supplied as ordered but the customer has ordered incorrectly, we must be contacted immediately, and the part returned to Pic Up Spares within 7 days of purchase at the cost of the customer.

Refunds will only be made upon the return of the goods to our premises.

By clicking "MAKE OFFER" or "BUY IT NOW" on this website, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions. Title to the goods shall remain with Pic Up Spares until paid in full with cleared funds.

Shipping

We offer Free Delivery to all UK mainland addresses for items under 21KG AND SMALLER THAN LENGTH:175CM GIRTH:300CM WEIGHT 31.5KG.

I(GIRTH = CIRCUMFERENCE + LENGTH) – MUST NOT EXCEED 3 METERS.

If you wish to order and live within the UK and do not live on the mainland a supplementary shipping fee will be payable. Please contact us through eBay for details.

A supplement is payable for delivery to any British Island (incl Northern Ireland, The Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Jersey, Guernsey, and Scilly Isles) as well as for the Scottish Highlands.

Scottish Highlands includes postcodes: AB30-38, AB44-56, FK17-99, G83, IV1-28, IV30-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-33, PA34-40, PH18-26, PH30, PH31-41, PH49-50.

Scottish Islands includes postcodes: HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3.

Please note couriers require someone to be present to sign for all packages. If no one is available for the package, the courier will leave a card notifying you of the failed delivery attempt.
