THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY TO BUYERS OUTSIDE THE UNITED KINGDOM

You are responsible for any Import Tax or Duty Payment due upon the parcel arriving in your country. If a Payment is due then this MUST be paid before your goods will clear Customs in your country and be delivered to you. The courier will contact you by email if a Payment is due. It is very important that you monitor your email inbox and contact the delivery service if the parcel does not progress out of the Customs facility after more than TWO working days.

Your order tracking number will be emailed to you via Ebay messaging within one day of dispatch. If you do not receive your tracking number please email us. From the time the order is dispatched you will be responsible for monitoring the progress of your delivery.

In the case that Import Tax or Duty Payment is not duly made, or if delivery is refused, then your order may be returned as unwanted and a return delivery charge will apply. In this circumstance we will refund the full value of your order less the shipping charges both ways, and less a handling charge of £15.00.


DELIVERY

We aim to dispatch all items within 1 working day of receiving cleared payment (international delivery within 3 working days).

Please note that advertised delivery times are an estimate. If you need an item urgently please contact us before placing your order - we will do our best to help you.

Delivery to residential addresses can be made between 7.30am - 8.00pm during busy periods, although deliveries will usually take place between 8.00am - 6.00pm during normal periods.

Delivery time is at the discretion of the contracted delivery agent or courier.

The tracking number for your parcel will be available after 6.00pm on the day of dispatch. Please email us for tracking details if required.

Large items to United Kingdom (over 2kg weight or parcel box dimensions totalling more than 64cm x 46cm x 46cm, or at our discretion). All large items will be sent with our chosen Courier.

Courier delivery to some areas may incur a surcharge if the postal code is classed as remote. For an up-to-date list of remote areas please see the Parcelforce website (remote areas are classed as Zones 2 and 3). Delivery time to these areas may be 24hrs later than non-remote locations (this also applies to Express Delivery / "Get It Fast" options):

The following post codes are classed as The Highlands and Islands of Scotland – postcodes IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17- 26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE. Delivery to this area will incur a £9.95 surcharge.

Courier Delivery to Isle of Wight

Delivery to postcodes PO30 - PO41 will incur a surcharge of £5.45

Courier Delivery to Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly

All IM and TR21-25 postcodes will incur a surcharge of £8.95

Courier Delivery to Northern Ireland

All BT postcodes will incur a surcharge of £14.45 PER PARCEL

Extra Large items to United Kingdom (over 30kg weight or one side more than 120cm, or at our discretion). Please contact us prior to placing your order if you live in a "remote" area.

Should the incorrect delivery charge be added to your order at the stage of checkout, please select "Request total from seller" so that we can send you a revised invoice with the correct charge applied.

International Postage

Please email for a quote BEFORE placing your order (buyer is responsible for any customs duty liable depending on destination)

Combined postage discounts are available for orders of multiple items, we will need details of the items required prior to your placing the order. Please send your request in writing by email and we will reply within 24 hours.

RETURNS INFO

We strongly value our feedback reputation and work very hard to ensure that our valued customers receive a level of service that reflects their expectations.

If for any reason you change your mind or no longer require the item purchased, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. The item must be completely unused, and returned in its original or suitable packaging. The return posting charge is the responsibility of the buyer.

If the item you receive is found to be faulty or not working normally, PLEASE CONTACT US STRAIGHT AWAY by telephone using the telephone number found in our "Business Seller Information" at the bottom of this page. Our technical team will be on hand to help assist with any discrepancies, and we find that in many instances an issue may only require a simple check to put right.

Some electrical items may be supplied in a transparent, sealed bag. Please ensure the part contained is the correct item prior to opening the seal, as we strictly cannot accept returns after the sealed bag is opened unless the item is found to be faulty. If the item is faulty we will issue a replacement part, or if none is available we will issue a refund.

We do not accept liability for any labour costs involved in the installation of the supplied part, including costs related to damage caused during the installation, usage and/or removal of the supplied part. This includes missed appointments with a garage or fitter which may arise if there is a delay with delivery.

If the item is received damaged, it is very important to inform us of the damage within 24hrs of delivery. Failure to observe this will prevent us from making a claim against the delivery agent.

All parts sold under the Buy It Now format will carry a minimum of 30 days warranty starting on the day after receipt of the part. If the item you receive fails during the warranty period please inform us immediately in writing by email. All returned items which are deemed faulty must be accompanied by a RETURNS FORM which must be completed and signed by the customer. The RETURNS FORM will be sent upon request to you by email. Please note that all products are security marked externally and internally to prevent the fraudulent return of another faulty unit.
