A superb vintage pair of IXOS 102 MasterConnect analogue RCA interconnects in the desirable 1 metre length, fitted with genuine WBT locking RCA connectors.
The MasterConnect 102 was one of IXOS’ premium analogue interconnects and gained an excellent reputation in the early 1990s for delivering genuine high-end performance at a sensible price. It features a 99.99% Pure Crystal Oxygen Free Copper (PC-OFC) 0.95 mm conductor, PE foam dielectric, OFC braided shielding and authentic WBT locking connectors for maximum contact integrity and low signal loss. Contemporary reviews praised its deep, tuneful bass, delicate treble and outstanding value.
Sonically, this is a beautifully balanced cable with a smooth, natural presentation. It offers excellent soundstage depth, impressive low-level detail, controlled bass and an open, refined midrange without sounding bright or fatiguing.
