2005 Furby (from USA) in very good, nearly unused condition. Green eyes, sandy/tan-coloured with pink hair. *Sort of* works (details below).
Bought new in America in 2005. Was only turned on for ~20 minutes or so before being stored away.
Has a small dark spot in one of its ears (see photos). The hatch to the battery case broke in one place but has since been mended with superglue.
A small piece of plastic from the top of the battery case has broken off (see photos); a reshaped paperclip has been inserted into the case in such a way that the hatch can be closed over the batteries and Furby can be used (without the paperclip keeping the hatch lid in place, it can't fully close/push down on the batteries, rendering the Furby unusable.) I have a video of my husband inserting the paper clip if it's helpful.
Furby "works" when paperclip is in place---but it doesn't work perfectly. It will talk, sing, giggle, dance, etc when turned on, but it doesn't always seem to be consistent in how it operates (ie sometimes it will respond, sometimes it won't). Sometimes the various sensors are responsive, sometimes they're not. Please keep all of this in mind if you plan to buy.
Also, I believe it's meant to close its eyes at times, but it doesn't seem to do this now.
Original instruction manual is included; I no longer have the spoon or original box, though. Batteries are NOT included.
