A nice example of a very old military bag .
As you can see from the photos it is in a reasonable condition.
Of course there is some eternal wear and Damage but it still a nice piece of military history.
It looks like nearly all of the stitched seams are still holding firm .
All the buckles look complete and have no signs of the metal being bent or twisted .
I think there is a service Number stamped on the inside of the top flap.
There is a makers mark and date stamped on the underside of the flap , unfortunately it has faded.
