The BC-250 Cooling Solution Enclosure that is fully assembled and comes included with a single BC-250 mining card. Simply plug and play.
You will need your own power supply unit greater than 250 watts. Sleeve portion is made from high grade ABS. The thermal resistant enclosure ensures adequate resistance to temperatures up to 105 °C.
Performance;
It was important to us that the end user would be able to use a high static 120mm fan at 3000 rpm @ 43.5 DBA as any faster like the server type fan would be disruptive to listen to while coding, gaming or used for mining. Personally I find the server fans at 65 DBA obnoxious and annoying. The enclosure was designed for the air to take the path of least resistance while keeping the card safe. Laboratory torture tests were used pulling 200 watts, with an ambient environment air temperature of 20 °C. Engineering results were 65 °C on the CPU/GPU and 26 °C exhaust air temperature. Absolutely stunning results. Our team of engineers worked tirelessly to bring the best performing enclosure at the best possible value. If your in a warmer climate rest assured you will get the performance you expect. The fan speed can be adjusted in the BIOS to your desired specification.
Material:
The enclosure is 3d printed. The CPU/GPU portion of the enclosure referred to as the GPU sleeve and is made with ABS and is rated for 105 °C. The Fan Duct is made with PETG as this is not the hot part of the card and is rated for 70 °C. If you prefer an all ABS enclosure, then please reach out to us for a quote. We may manufacture an all ABS version if demand is met.
