This is a used item. The advantage of purchasing a used item is the savings and the convenience of having your item arrive at your front door. The item will show signs of use.
SHIPPING
We will ship to your PayPal confirmed address. There may be additional charges for shipping to Puerto Rico, or some locations overseas.

Shipping notification and tracking number will be provided through eBay when the item is shipped. If you ordered several items, there will only be one tracking number. Sometimes shipping companies take an extra-long time to deliver packages. If we provided you a tracking number, do not worry, your item is on the way! Continue to use your tracking number to track your item with your carrier. If anything seems to be amiss, send us a message. Please do not leave us negative feedback for a shipping company's error or delay.
Most items are shipped via UPS or United States Postal Service (USPS). USPS may take up to 12 hours to update tracking numbers after the item has shipped. If your tracking number is not listed on USPS's website, check back the next day. USPS does not operate on Sundays or holidays. Sometimes a tracking number is not showing that the item is moving; this is usually because the carriers are not scanning it along the way, no big deal.

Please allow at least 4 weeks for item to arrive, although in some cases it could take much longer. If item has not arrived after 4 weeks, please contact your shipping carrier to track the package.
Tracking will not update after the item leaves the USA. Shipping quotes do not include transport taxes, duty taxes, or outcome fees. If the item is too large to ship via USPS Priority Mail, we will be forced to refund your purchase.
EASY AND FAIR RETURNS
Returns are easy and fair. Generally, if you have changed your mind about the item you purchased, you often may be permitted to return it. Buyer pays initial and return shipping costs for items returned. In situations involving defective, incorrectly shipped, or damaged items, we will pay initial and return shipping costs.

Formal written policy is below for our protection against buyers who want to abuse eBay's buyer protection policy. Courteous customers will receive excellent customer service.
FORMAL RETURN POLICY
We can accept returns up to 30 days from the day item is received IF we are at fault. No returns otherwise. If you decide you no longer need the item, we suggest posting it on eBay and selling it!
If we choose to accept a return when we are not at fault, we will issue you a refund minus the original shipping and up to a 20% restocking fee, just so we don't lose financially by your mistake.
Buying on eBay should not be thought of as buying at Walmart. Returns cost the seller lots of time and money (boxes, stamps, labels, labor, packing material, drive to post office, re-posting item, restocking item).
eBay allows 5 days to process your refund after the item arrives. If more than 5 days have passed, or at any time, please send us a polite reminder email to see if we received your item, so we can process your refund.
As you may be able to understand, and keeping with industry practice, we CAN NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON ANY MOTORCYCLE FRAMES, ELECTRONICS, or items that have been ALTERED or INSTALLED.
We reserve the right to assess up to a 20% restocking fee on any return where we are not at fault.
TIP FOR NEW EBAY BUYERS: Leaving negative feedback is intended to warn other buyers of a dishonest and irresponsible seller. If you had an issue with PayPal, your shipping company, or if we made an honest mistake, please do not allow those circumstances to negatively affect our business and livelihood.
