This is a vintage Cinaudagraph, 12 inch speaker, with AlNiCo magnet in superb condition. The units were often used with Hammond organs, juke boxes, and lately repurposed for electric guitar. The speaker is installed in a Bell & Howell 621 speaker cabinet that I had to hand. And it really suits it well!
The speaker is in excellent condition in every way: the cone, the basket, the spider, and the coil leads are all near perfect.

14557 (code for Cinaudagraph)
285405 (code for Rola, acquired Cinaudagraph in the 1940s)
According to my research, this dates the speaker as February, 1954.

The amplifier used for the demo is my own build (the bottom one in the brown ammo case) using a pair of 6L6WGB valves with a three stage cascading gain stage (EF37A pentode - 6SL7GT - 6SL7GT). You can hear it here in the clean stage with the EF37A into the 6SL7GT phase inverter, with all three stages (and some juicy overdrive) towards the end of the clip.
The guitar is a Gretsch 6120. Neck pickup first followed by the bridge pickup. No pedals.
The speaker comes with a short internal speaker lead (18AWG silver plated PTFE soldered directly to the speaker pins) attached to a panel on the side of the cabinet.
The cabinet is in really good condition with the original red felt damping in really good shape. The cabinet itself has been painted grey the front and rear baffles sprayed black (prior to my ownership), with the original handle wrapped in black tape (I've left that as it is).
Impedance is 16 Ohms.
My recommendation for maximum output is no more than 15 Watts to be safe.
These speakers really suit blues and blues-rock.
Ideal amplifiers would be 6V6 push-pull cathode biased amp (i.e. Fender 5E3 type), single ended designs (i.e. 5F1 clones and derivates), or even a Blues Junior Mk 4 (the later cathode biased version). An AC15 would sound excellent with one of these!
