Vintage Cinelli Tempo bullhorn handlebar for track, time trial, fixed gear, and road bicycles.

Brand and style: Cinelli Tempo alloy bullhorn bar with clamp section measured at 26.32 mm on the caliper display, designed for 26.4mm  stems.

Logos and markings: classic winged C Cinelli logo and TEMPO model script etched on the center section.

Part type and use: aluminum bullhorn / pursuit handlebar with forward extensions, gentle rise, and multiple cable routing ports in the center and near the bar ends for internal brake cable routing.

Used Cinelli Tempo alloy bullhorn handlebar with heavy cosmetic wear from prior use and modification. Center clamp area has extensive clamp scratching, tool marks, and worn-through finish around the internal cable routing holes. Black anodized sections show numerous scuffs, nicks, tape residue, and small chips, and both bar ends have enlarged drilled cable exit holes with rough, uneven edges and small cracks at the openings.
