Rare Vintage Analog Mixer Tube Recording Console Amplifier Preamp RCA Collins

This is a very rare Amplifier / Preamp / Mixing Console. Ive tried to research it online but am not coming up with anything. It has 3 cord plugs coming out of it, a 3 prong circle plug, a 6 prong rectangle plug, and a 12 prong rectangle plug. It features 2 cannon 3 pin connector ports on the back which I think may be for speakers but am unsure. The other side features a circular connector of some kind. This one has really stumped me so if you have any ideas of what it may be or where it may have come from please share.

Looking around online it appears most similar to a Collins or RCA unit. The closest thing I could find looks wise on the face is an RCA BC-5A. It has similar bakelite knobs and sideways flip switches, but is obviously not a BC-5A as this has play, record, and stop buttons in the top right that aren't present on the BC-5A. Those buttons lead me to believe it was used in some sort of recording setting, possibly for a reel to reel which is what one of those cords may have controlled.

The wiring on the bottom is meticulous with every connection perfectly organized and tidy. Every connection point seems to have a red almost rubber like epoxy placed on it, most likely to protect the connections from moisture or dirt. This leads me to believe that perhaps it was commissioned by the military as that level of craftsmanship seems overkill for most situations.

I am not able to test it as I am unsure how Id even go about connecting power. Im not sure if one of the connectors coming from it is for power, or if its the larger circular connector on the back. I am selling it as is as shown for parts or repair as I am really unsure how to even go about testing it. It appears to be in excellent physical condition
