- This product is not designed or guaranteed to reset third party standard chips but may be compatible.
- This product should not be used with Auto Reset Chips.
- This reset tool is not compatible with other cartridge types

In the rare event where a return is required:

Please request authorisation and wait for confirmation, from OctoInkjet, BEFORE returning the item.
Any product returned without prior authorisation and/or improperly packed, will be rejected.

Return of duplicate/alternate item will be rejected and reported.
