This is an UNRESTORED cassette player that is inoperable/non-working. It is for sale for parts or restoration. Photos are considered part of the description to tell of the condition. Unless otherwise stated, this has not had a repair attempt and still has old belt material that needs to be removed. I have too much inventory piling up, so am selling all of it, regardless of if I have had the chance to repair, or attempt a repair.
CONDITION NOTE: I did pop open the player to see what is wrong with the LCD - for some reason the reflective background of the LCD went clear, and as a stop-gap I shoved a piece of paper behind the LCD just so I could read the display. I made no attempt beyond that to repair (clearing my inventory and taking a possible permanent pause on Walkman repair, so no time to) but it appears to me that it is just in need of capacitors and a belt to work (though I make no gaurantees of that). Includes external battery compartment.
