** SHIPPING POLICIES **

* Shipping days are Tuesday through Friday. If possible, but no promises, Saturday and Monday.

* I ship through EBAY so the shipping cost is calculated through their service based on your location from me in California, USA.  I have set shipping to the cheapest option possible which is USPS Ground Advantage for small to medium weighed items or possibly Fedex/UPS for heavier items.  I will ship your items as I would like them to be shipped to me.  I will always ship in a sturdy box even with the smallest items or collectibles - no bubble mailers or envelopes - no exceptions.  I will use enough shipping materials in order to maximize protection for the item(s) to arrive safely in your hands. 

* I will ONLY ship to the verified address on the Ebay transaction.  Please do not message me to send it to a different address as I will not do it.  The transaction will be cancelled in this case in order for you to place the order with the correct address.

* I have attempted to set up combined shipping for buying multiple items.  Just add the items to the cart and checkout.  If there are any issues, feel free to message me.

* I am willing to make a custom personal listing for you if you message me.  You would give me a list of the items you want and I would create a new personal listing just for you with the agreed total of the items plus combined shipping.  If a listing is made this way, I would want you to buy immediately after reviewing the listing. I will not delist anything until the items have been paid for.

* Signature confirmation may be added at my own cost.  This is to ensure that the item reaches you in the safest manner possible giving both parties peace of mind.  This option cannot be removed or asked to be removed by the buyer.  You may always call USPS to see if it can be removed.  Sorry in advance if this causes any inconvenience.

* Now Offering International Shipping!  This shipping service is the Ebay Standard International delivery service. I send the package to an international hub and Ebay takes care of the rest. Please keep in mind that this service will take 8 to 25 business days to arrive to you. This option does include tracking according to Ebay.

**  ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL BUYERS - Please be aware that customs may charge you a fee for delivery of the items which is separate from what you paid for the item(s) purchased.  You will be required to pay this upon delivery to you.  The amount charged is determined by your country customs laws.  Neither Ebay nor the seller have any control over this. 

I strive to be an honest and straight seller.  Please do NOT ask me to change any customs values on the shipping forms as I will not.

* If you are purchasing a New/Sealed Game or Figure, I will NOT refund, replace or accept returns if the item is opened.

* Regarding Preowned LEGO listings, I have given an estimate of the % of the set is there.  Please see the pictures included to properly assess this percentage yourself.  Preowned sets may have minifigures or other pieces missing. Sets may or may not have stickers present of applied.  Some pieces may also be substituted or may be from an alternative brick imitation. The set will be broken down and placed into random Ziploc bags, although it may not be taken down to individual pieces.  I will NOT be able to send any missing pieces as I am selling my entire LEGO collection.  Please take this into consideration before you purchase. 

* If the item is preowned and you believe I have incorrectly described the item, you will be entitled to a refund upon return of EXACT same item and condition of said item.

* If item is damaged during shipping, please take pictures of the unopened damaged box BEFORE opening as well as the damaged item and message me.  This must be followed strictly (exactly) or I will NOT honor a refund or return.

* I will not refund any item that is stated to be delivered by Ebay that is claimed to be missing or lost - It is on the responsibilty of the buyer to get in touch with USPS via the tracking number provided by Ebay.

* If the item is lost during transit and is NOT stated to be delivered by Ebay, the buyer will be getting a full refund after a period of a month has passed
