Our handling time is fast! We ship all orders placed by 3pm EST the very same day, Monday through Friday! Tracking is uploaded directly to eBay. All orders placed over the weekend will be picked up by our carriers the following business day. We offer UPS and USPS shipping services. Our standard free shipping is UPS Ground. All upgraded shipping promotions are strictly available to the lower 48 States, however, we will use USPS Priority Mail as a substitute for our customers outside of the AK, HI and the Protectorates.
Per eBay Seller Protection guidelines, packages with a final value starting at $700 WILL REQUIRE A SIGNATURE upon delivery. We are not able to remove the signature requirement or make changes to the address after the order comes in. Please ensure that you have the correct shipping address listed in eBay prior to placing your order. Lastly, please note that Scopelist will not ship ITAR controlled items like thermals, riflescopes or firearm parts to a freight forwarding service. To abide by international regulations, we will cancel orders with restricted items going to a freight forwarder.
Scopelist is happy to offer free returns within 30 days and for any reason. All returns will be inspected at our facility in Muncy, PA. We will always refund the full price of the item as long as it is in brand new condition within 2 business days of arrival. Returns that are in used or damaged condition may be assessed a fee per eBay policy & practices. Crossbows or bows that have been assembled or fired CANNOT BE RETURNED due to safety reasons. Warranty claims must be filed directly with the manufacturer for assembled or fired bows.
