Domestic Orders (Within Australia)

Orders will be sent securely tracked for your peace of mind. At our discretion, for high-end cards or multiple cards, we may upgrade shipping to a more secure box to ensure maximum protection and cover the difference in cost as a business decision for your shopping and collecting experience.

International Orders

We can ship your cards worldwide using our partnered delivery services. Please note that the shipping cost you see during checkout may not cover any import duty, taxes, and charges that may be added by your home country.

It is the buyer's responsibility to pay for these additional fees. We recommend checking with your respective country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before completing your purchase.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please contact us first. Please note that all postage costs, packaging costs, import duty, taxes and charges incurred during the return process are to be paid by the buyer.

A full refund will be issued once we have received the returned item and verified that it is the same item originally sent, in the same condition it was sent in, and with all original packaging included.
