Vintage Kodak 3-A Folding Brownie Camera 1909 Black Bellows Horizontal Track

You are buying an antique Eastman Kodak Folding Brownie Camera, with a horizontal orientation. It is stamped and dated 1909. The bellows is black. The lens housing appears to be made of brass, with shiny chrome mechanism. I have owned this for about 30 years. From smoke free pet free home.

Also included is the original outside case, missing the lid.

Condition: The camera looks great!. The bellows unit slides nicely. It appears to be complete. The shutter mechanism seems to work fine, but this camera (with film) is untested. The back hatch door (where the film is inserted) does not latch so the door brackets would need to be adjusted to hold it closed, if you really wanted to use it as a camera. Most people buying a camera like this today want it as part of a collection or a show piece. This one has clean edges on the bellows. The camera body shows some minor edge and corner wear, and dust from storage. Nice overall. Hard sided outside case (separate from the camera) shows much more wear and is missing the lid. So, the separate box (that the closed camera slides into) is a partial.
