This particular frame was pre drilled for rear brakes by Look at the factory as part of the Frameset. It is not a modification. This model was sold like this as a limited edition. Currenlty set up as a single speed freewheel - can be used as a fixed but would have to add components (gear) + work.
Recommend the bike have a full service. I normally did these annually but have not this year. Cost of this for the buyer is factored into the price. I've used SBC cycles for the wheel build, build, maintenance and servicing. Highly recommend.
