Product Information
This is a track bike frame from Kougei Cycling, a company that used to operate in Kobe and Hong Kong. It was part of a series called "Gold Leaf Craftsmanship" that was sold overseas, and while it would normally be a recolored frame under the Colossi brand, this frame has a JIS standard headset, making it highly likely that it is not based on a Colossi frame.
