Damien Leone earned every bit of that reputation, doing the gruesome makeup himself. The Little Pale Girl is Art the Clown's grinning little apprentice, all ginger pigtails, ghost-white face and bloodstained fingers. Why is shipping this price? We are based on the island of Ireland. We use Premium UPS Air/Express Services, which offer full tracking and speed. Our shipping costs reflect the actual average rate for secure international delivery from an EU island, rather than slower economy options.
The short version: Duties and import fees are not included in your eBay checkout price. Here's exactly what happens after you buy:
Your order goes out next business day via UPS. You'll get a tracking number through eBay.
UPS will send you a customs invoice to your eBay messages. This is a real, official invoice — not spam. You must pay it.
Once paid, UPS releases your parcel for delivery
- Import duties and taxes are your responsibility. Your country's customs office will calculate these based on the item's declared value, your location, and import rules. Charges can include duties, tariffs, VAT, excise taxes, and third-party brokerage fees. These rates and rules vary by country and change regularly — we can't predict your final cost. Check with your customs office before purchasing if you're unsure.
- Keep an eye on your eBay messages. Your carrier or customs authority may contact you directly to collect payment or request documents. If you don't respond, your parcel can be returned or destroyed.
- Refuse the parcel? Return shipping and reimport costs come off first. By the time those are deducted, there's often little or nothing left to refund — and we can only process it once the parcel is back with us. If you refuse to collect or pay duties, this isn't covered by eBay's Money Back Guarantee.

Once your order ships, delivery is between you and UPS. Watch your eBay tracking updates — if you miss a delivery, head to the UPS website to rearrange it straight away.
If a parcel comes back to us marked "Unclaimed" or "Refused": the original shipping cost is non-refundable, and any return carrier or reimport fees are deducted before we calculate what's owed. Realistically, those costs often reduce the refund significantly. We'll process whatever remains once the parcel is back in our hands.

Packaging
We use secure box packaging with bubble wrap. Comics and flat items ship in professional bubble mailers.
Returns
Process all returns through the eBay Returns Programme. If you refuse to pay duties and return the item, return shipping costs and import fees will be deducted from your refund.
