📮 What’s Included in the Shipping Cost – Postage fees cover eBay charges on postage, couriers fees, packaging materials, travel, time, petrol, and additional insurance if necessary.

🚚 Dispatch Time – Items are dispatched within 2 working days. A tracking number will be uploaded to your order.

⚡ Need It Quickly? – If you need same-day dispatch, please message me first to confirm availability. Payment must be received by 11am to qualify. Home collection is not available.

📍 Courier Information – All parcels are sent via tracked delivery for your peace of mind. You may nominate a safe place or neighbour through the Royal Mail or Evri websites if you’re not going to be home.

🌍 International Buyers – Global Shipping Programme

International orders are handled exclusively through eBay’s Global Shipping Programme. I send the item to eBay’s UK shipping centre, and they handle international delivery. Prices and terms are set by eBay and cannot be adjusted or combined. I do not accept international returns, and any misuse of the return system will be reported to eBay.

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me before opening a return. I’ll do my best to resolve any issues.

The return period is 14 days and items must be returned in original condition and for clothing unused, unworn, and with any tags attached. All returns are recorded via video for quality assurance and are security marked.

As per eBay’s policy, items returned used, damaged, or incomplete may be subject to a refund deduction of up to 50%. Misuse of the returns process and abuse will not be tolerated and will be reported to eBay and relevant Authorities.
