Bang & Olufsen Beogram 4500 Turntable
Had this great turntable for a couple of years. though planning to move so has to go.
Everything works as it should, see the video clips, lovely sound. Auto Play 33, 45 and moving tracks work as they should.
Comes with a Soundsmith SMMC4 stylus, that itself is worth a few bob.
It has in the past been converted to RCA plugs, though I purchased a DIN adapter, so best of both worlds.
Overall, very good condition and the lid has recently been professionally polished to remove 30 years of usage marks, leaving only a couple of deeper scratches that are only noticeable in the right angle and light.
The downsides for transparency, I've tried to capture these in the photo's:
Platter has some discolouration and spots that is apparently caused by oxidation and the previous owners attempts to clean.
Polished metal mirror detail on the lid has a small dink in the top left.
Collection only LE12 near Loughborough, not posting.
Would wholly prefer the new owner to collect and see the turntable working.
