The Vintage 80's Sony Discman D-2 CD Player is a portable audio device made in Japan in 1988. tested to the best of my abilities, unit turns on, cd spins, buttons work, music plays. this listing is for Sony diskman d-2 unit only, currently powered with 4xAA batteries. if u wish to use it in a more of a permanent at home set up you can purchase a 9v power supply for it. chances are u might ever have one laying around. I'm sure I do, feel free to ask about that via message. unit sold as is, and I know there's an audiophile out there that will be able to appreciate this vintage piece!
